👋 Welcome
I am a learning coach, school leader, edupreneur and expert in learning with new media and school development. For over 20 years, I have been supporting learners, teachers and institutions in shaping educational processes for the future.
My focus: Structuring learning and work in such a way that they are not only efficient, but also sustainable and meaningful. Digital tools play a role here - but never as an end in themselves. Rather, it is about developing personal learning and working environments, optimising knowledge management and consciously using digital processes.
What I do
In recent years I have been able to:
✅ Support learners and teachers as a teacher and coach in designing personalised learning and working environments.
✅ Advise schools and cantonal IT departments on their journey into the digital world and on the introduction of cloud services.
✅ Providing over 100 training courses to familiarise teachers and learners with the opportunities and challenges of digital tools.
✅ Developing innovative work processes in 1:1 coaching and in teams.
✅ Speaking in keynotes about digitalisation and its impact on learning
Since summer 2023, I have been working as a school principal, teacher and innovation coordinator at Zentrum für Brückenangebote Basel-Stadt.
